So Simple – – Easter Cards

Standard

I know that Easter is over a month away.  However, I am sending a box of cards off to our troops in Afghanistan so I must mail really, really soon!  These cards are so quick and easy, you’ll be amazed at how many of these you can make in a short period of time.  They can vary to a great degree just by changing colors or backgrounds.

These two cards are made using the Easter Blessings (#129183)single stamp from the Spring 2013 catalog.  The paper is Sycamore Street Designer Series Paper and the ribbon is from the Sycamore Street Ribbon & Button Pack, both are one of the FREE items in the Sale-a-Bration flyer.

Easter 004 2     ??????????

These two cards continue with using the Sycamore Street designer series paper from Sale-a-Bration and the Easter Blessings stamp from the Spring 2013 catalog.  The greeting is stamped in Tangerine Tango ink.  The card on the left is embellished with a piece of Tangerine Tango ribbon from the Sycamore Street Ribbon & Buttons Pack.  The card on the right is embellished with three Basic Pearls Jewel Accents (#119247) from the Annual Catalog.

Same stamp, same designer series paper, and the ribbon from the same package but the sentiment has been cut out using two of the six dies from the Labels Collection Framelits (#125598) for the Big Shot.  The cardstock used on the card on the left is Summer Starfruit and Pool Party.  The card on the right uses Summer Starfruit (#126839) and Tangerine Tango (#111349).  The card on the right measures 4 1/4″ by 4 1/4″, a cute square card, because I did not follow that good, old advice – measure twice, cut once.

This final card is made with a Whisper White card base, the sentiment is stamped on Whisper White using Rich Razzleberry ink.  The sentiment is layered onto a piece of Rich Razzleberry cardstock.  Again, I used the Labels Collection Framelits to cut out the sentiment.  Two Basic Rhinestones Jewel Accents (#119246) embellish the sentiment.  An embossing folder was used on the card base.

Happy stampin’ !    -Sandra-
