Photos from Convention 2013

Here are some photos from our 25 Year Stampin’ Up! Anniversary Convention 2013.

Be The Difference is the theme of the 2013 Convention.  The lovely lady on the right is Shelli Gardner, the CEO and co-founder of Stampin’ Up!  She’s a wonderful person, friendly, outgoing and very sincere.  She’s a dynamic speaker and very entertaining.  We all love her tremendously (and that’s no exaggeration!).

??????????A representative from Guinness Book of World Records was onsite on Thursday night to monitor our attempt to collect and send the most greeting cards from one location.

On the left, Shelli with Ronald McDonald.  On the right, it’s Ronald in front of the banner for Ronald McDonald House Charities.  Stampin’ Up! has been involved with RMHC for many years now.  Each year we design and sell a special stamp set, this year it’s Tag It, and we donate $3 to RMHC for every stamp you buy.

This lovely lady is Karen Burniston.  She does not work for Stampin’ Up! but she does design some exclusive Sizzix dies for us.  She revealed two new products that I will talk about in another post.  It’s too early to show you the actual dies but they are very versatile!

Above and below are display boards for the Suites in the 2013-2014 Annual Catalog.  Birthday Basics (pages 8-9) on the left and Soho Subway (pages 20-21) on the right.  Each two-page spread in the catalog demonstrates how our products coordinate so well together – papers, embellishments, stamp sets, Big Shot dies, etc.

That’s all for now!    -Sandra-
